Stress Botics is a sci-fi adventure in which four easily stressed robots, known as Beta Bots, are sent to an exoplanet by their corporation, Cubebotics CORP®, to extract valuable resources. Once the resources have been collected, the Beta Bots must deliver them to the corporation’s ships.
The game is played over a series of rounds. During each round, an event occurs—which may cause trouble for the Beta Bots! Players then program actions to interact with the planet’s resource-rich chambers, enemies, Alpha Bot, or each other.
Actions are chosen secretly, and players commit to their choices before revealing them. Each robot’s stress level determines turn order as well as which resource deliveries are possible. Players then reveal their programmed actions one at a time and resolve them.
