Shipping Policy
All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business* days following their successful payment and shipped with Canada Post.
We are not responsible for lost packages. The option for expedited shipping is available upon checkout, which includes tracking information and fully insures any order.
*We may require a few additional business days during periods of high volume of orders, such as the holidays or Black Friday.
Return Policy
You may return unopened sealed products sold and fulfilled by Tome2 Inc. within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. The receiver is responsible for return shipping however should the error be our error (Receiving an incorrect item), we will cover the the return shipping costs.
Refunds
Any refund issued will take 3-5 business days to be processed and returned to the client's credit card (1-2 business days for orders made through PayPal).
